I am by no means an expert on these but the latter looks like the italian variant to me.

Agreed Italian variant and good looking

2nd one is a Lorioli Italian SS skull and a bargain. It's already on hold I am in line.

FYI. The Italian SS red sleeve sleeve eagle listed is also real.
