Posting the following tunic for opinions.
With the exception of the collar tabs, looks Ok to me but welcome opinions.

Are there any readable markings? The boards look pretty fresh, or is it just the flash? I'll take a better look later today.

There are very faint marking on the LHS between button holes 3 & 4 (from bottom). But I can get my camera to get them to show up. I might try in natural light tomorrow. The positioning is as per expected size markings but I would honestly be guessing as its impossible to distinguish between the numbers. The one that is the strongest is the chest size which looks like "*6"

There also looks like a marking in very faint box at the top of the HBT between button 4 & 5, which possibly has a number in it, but is too faint to read

its looks like a real SS BW,made tunic,hard to say abaut boards and tabs with this poor photos

I think the jacket is original, I can't say if the sleeve eagle and collar tabs are original to the tunic. I think that many tunics were stripped during and after the war. But, nobody will know for sure. But I like the tunic.

I like the jacket very much! I guess the insigna's are replaced by a collector, but nice done. A textbook SS-Scharführer need also NCO Linzen on his collar, but otherwise very nice! I've a late SS M-43 jacket in the same manufacturing style and with the same gray rayon lining.
