I don't believe that these even ever existed... Fantasy item!!
It might be a (support) vehicle tactical insignia, a stencil design
(even though its mostly a horse back cavalry unit )

Agree with Basil. Also, poor execution of the embroidery is a clue. The image is the symbol for the division. Members wore runes collar tab. Ref.: Angolia's Cloth insignia of the SS, 2nd Edition, 1989, Pages 333-334.
