          Is a pity! A nice NCO schirmmutze ruined by some smart guy....

          Maybe it's worth to try to take off the bleck band.. id it is not glueded, there's still hopes...

            Looks like the glued-on velvet has totally ruined this visors piping - and the cheap insignia are no good for sure ..
