Wading through an estate just purchased, had this one in the repro pile but it kept bothering me so here it is, looks like its been glued onto something,possibly a cap, any chance on this one,,,many thanks guys!

The front is matching an original pattern, but the back is really weird and does not match. Could be an original with faults in the weaving process. There are a few miswoven spots on the front as well. It seems to be discolored as well, or dyed.

Yep I think someone worked real hard to attach it to something it didnt belong on, and effectively ruined it in doing so, thanks guys. It came with a cloth skull that is gold toned and unlikely to be real, had the same treatment to the back.Comment
