I have seen similar skulls on ceremonial aprons worn by Masons and other fraternal organizations.

This tipe of skulls where used by serbian chetnicks during the 2WW and its wery rare, hard to found!!! You have a greath cach in your hands!

I agree. And I have also seen similar skull designs were used on some phantasy badges.

I do not think this is Chetnik skull, I saw hundreds of them and none of them looked like this. I would agree more about being German WWI.
