Peiper's and Dietrich's Panzer Wraps?

Hello Scott,
I know that Pieper did survive the war, and a bombing years after by some individuals that I dont want to name Its possible that this is his uniform and cap, but as a collector today, you would need a solid source unless it is documented somewhere that he donated the uniform or came from a family member/friend. Would like to see some close ups it anyone has.

Scott, I live about 20 minutes from the musuem. When was that display? It is not a permanant one for sure. I was there in December and did not see them.

Hi Guys, I would have thought that the exsistance of either one of these Panzer jackets in anyones collection would be well known in collecting circles? If they were original that is?

It would not be hard to fabricate these up using all the good repros now available.

I have not seen them of course, and it is impossibel to tell from the flyer that Scott has posted, but I would tend to think that they would be the latter. If not, I would love to know more about them!

The decorations on the Dietrich tunic are all wrong - WW2 tank badge, no EK bar, etc. If they got that wrong, I don't hold up much hope for the rest of the display.
