Strange combination: Original SS / WH / Polizei uniform

Hello guys

This is what we might would have called a "not for my collection" put-together uniform

What do you think this strange mix of insignia and wear is all about? And the shoulder straps?

This guy is in the SS-Polizei Division. They wore a combination of Wehrmacht/SS and Police uniforms and insignia. They also maintained their Police ranks.

Senior NCO's the world over have a very similiar, disturbing, look about them .... it's the 'You dare fck with me' look. You certainly wouldn't be arguing with that character.
