Last A-SS cap made?

Greetings all,
Does anyone have conclusive information on the latest / last date that allgemeine SS caps were made in Germany prior to surplus being sent to their
"Germanic" neighbours?

For EM's caps, I have seen from 1939, and that's the latest. I've seen pics of 'desk jockey' Allgemeine officer's wearing black well into the war years, so I imagine officer's caps could have been made for somewhat longer...

I guess then that an A-SS em cap shouldn't have insignia (TK & Eagle)that is maker marked past 1939.

I've never seen an EM's Allg. cap, with insignia originally applied, that was anything other than pre-war quality cupal insignia. Both the pre-war/wartime aluminum insignia, and the wartime zinc insignia, should technically be found only on grey caps...anything else, I would say, was probably a post-war replacement...
