I figure i might as well show the whole cap
I did post this cap a few years back, and unable to find the old thread, but the sweatband is tight up against the cap and don't want to ruin the sweatband anymore looking for an RZM tag.
I believe Chris (Stonemint) had an idea of what year and maker this was.
                Any ideas?
                Regards,
                Gary

Even still has the stiffener inside to keep it's shape
                    Maybe 1936?

You really should use a dentists mirror to examine what variety of RZM tag it has, as this will give you a clue as to date of manufacture. Different tags were used between 1934 and 1936. Unfortunately, I don't think the synthetic sweatbands were ever date marked, unlike the leather ones, which often were...

No RZM tag i can see Arran, maybe it is was torn out or folded in?
But only able to pull the sweatband back from the edge just enough to see maybe the top of a tag, but nothing.
And Thanks Again Guys for identifying the insignia, a nice set with perfect patina
                        Regards,
