    Panzer Drawing, with a bonus

    Just wanted to show you guys my new purchase, but there was an interesting twist in the long run..

    When I bought the painting it looked like this (pre shipping)

        After its long journey it must have been dropped and the glass was broke upon arrival

          The drawing survived the glass

          After carefully removing the drawing from all the broken glass there was another print behind the drawing, have a look.

                  They recylcled the matting material. I had a picture once where they did this with a Hitler print and used the cardboard it was printed on to do a drawing like yours. Wartime shortages. Nice quality drawing.

                          Johnny R, that makes perfect sense

                          So I guess the next thing to do is to replace the glass and put everything back into its original frame and put Darre back where he originally was? thoughts?

                            I would put the drawing between two sheets of glass so that both could be seen.
