I have check the pic we're talking about... I think that the driver wore a us tanker cap or something else... Is visible the part that cover the neck and the press stud on side... Not camo covered hat anyway..

During the Battle of the Bulge the german army have use lots of american stuff, like raincoat and so on... So the cap could be easily own to the us army... Isn't it?Comment
