The buckram is very coarse and it has stitching along the edge of the front...
BUT it is an unissued tab...does that make sense?
Seller of course claims 100% original...

It looks a little off to me...plus I don't like the stitching, even though it is only there to show it was cut off something. Nothing concrete, but there are plenty of good ranks tabs that are one look originals for sale.

I don't like the buckram backing and also the stitching if it isn't uniform removed. I would look for another one.
But you already sensed that
if in doubt like you are; leave it.
