    SS Pennant, value? authenticity? Opinions?

    Hey guys, recently came across this, wondering what you thought it was exactly, what the appx value is and if you can tell authenticity from this picture?

    I can't speak to authenticity, the flag gurus can.

    It purports to be a pennant from the 3rd Panzer Grenadier Regiment LSSAH.

    I haven't seen anything authentic like this but that doesn;t mean much, I'm pretty green in the hobby.

      IMO, a cloth fake based on a only existed in painted metal original.

        Thanks for the help! What do you think about this flag? I might go look at it, I know this pictures is bad but what would I look for as for a sign for authenticity?the SS flag is 4ft 6 in by 30 inches.

          You should get close-ups of the material and stitching. Bad stuff tends to swim in schools, so don't get your hopes up.
