Panzer SS EM Hat Real Or Fake ??

Here are pictures of what I think is a unquestionable fake SS Panzer Hat . A collector friend bought this one out of a collection and was told it was real ...When I saw it , I felt many things seemed real wrong with it ...I need everyones help on this to help conclude why this is a fake or real hat .
