Some of the examples that I have noticed, show good detailing to the feathers, and the threading is closely stitched. One good example is from Peter. You will find that each feather on the wing has a clear separation. I must say that the key in differing Bahnschutzpolizei eagles from that of other adler's is that the wingtips span upwards as compared to its cousins. All examples here obviously are BSEs. But which is good or no good, let the community decide.
Nick has another example that he posted.
Notice again the very tight and '3D' stitch weaving on the feathers as compared to the one vibes has.
Another reason is that the Railway Police (Bahnschutzpolizei) eagle beak is far more pronounced and drooping downwards,
whereas the one in question is subtle. I also dont like the quality of the backing.
All in all with these in mind, i have given my reasons and since the majority has now decided that it is a good one, i rest my case.

Distinguishing the difference between Bahnschutz and early SS-VT eagles is tricky...
Some say BS eagles are the ones on gray wool backing and black backed is stricktly SS-VT...
These images prove otherwise! In reality BS wore both backing colors!
Others claim the eagles with dipped wing tips are SS-VT and a straighter style = BS...
I don't know...Whatever pattern the eagle is that started this thread, I like it...
