SS FM Pennant - Good or Bad?

What do you guys think about this SS FM vehicle pennant? It's another of those items I've had since the late 1970's-early 1980's.

I did a lot of internet searching but could never find a pic of a known real example to compare it against.

That pennant is much harder to find than a Knight's Cross, or an Honour Ring, or a chained dagger, or...............well, you get the picture.
