    Hi Mark,
    thats the lenght of the Junker course,in the breakdown its an overall training in stages of 18 month and 15 month.1940-1945
    active/ reserve
    Replacement unit
    (basic and first nco training) 4 months/ 4months
    Active service at the front
    (depended upon the unit's
    combat duties) 2 months/ 2 months
    Preparatory course at an
    Arms schools 2 months/ 2 months
    Junker school 6 months/ 5 months
    Arms schools(platoon
    leaders course) 4 months/ 2 months
