Prinz Eugen cuff, real or garbage?

I came across this Prinz Eugen cuff today,

and was promised it's the real deal but anyways I have some doubts on this one...


I really would appreciate some others opinions on this one fellows...

It's a reproduction. Reverse constuctionn is a dead give away.
