Help with bullion runes tab

Hi guys, just wanted to get some opinions on this tab. Material is felt, has been stitched on something. Rear corners have glue under folds. Appreciate the information, bullion SS insignia is not my normal forte.

I would agree with felix
well made but I personally don't like the backing and am sure no standard unterlagen used.
