The fabric certainly is, I am not sure the "workmanship" was provided by them. Anyhow 100% post war.

What was said is that this cap is a fake/repro made using a repro fabric that was made by (or for) SM wholesale in the USA. SM wholesale sells reproductions for the reenactor market and is perhaps the source of 90% of "quality" reproductions when it comes to items made of cotton/duck fabric.

So, sorry but someone used SM's repro fabric and made a repro cap, it is to 100% repro.
