SS Officer Arm Eagle?

Hi just picked up this Bullion Eagle. It looks like it was stitched and removed from a uniform. It is on a dark green background. There was a paper tag at on time on the back. It measures 2 1/4 inches in width and 1 1/2 inches high. I have attached 4 pictures 2 taken with out a flash the other two with no flash.

Your help is appreciated. From what uniform did it come from?

It appears to be a Forestry Officer's cap eagle...

Yes, correct! It is without doubt a forestry cap eagle.
