Here is the version with skulls. They are made identically. The skulls are raised from the black glass enamel.

These were made by applying enamel paste in the cartouche field ,firing, then burnishing down so the whole design in the cartouche shows. Pieces where the design is above the field as long as you don't go above the field that's fine.
Pits, dots, the frame even looks unfinished compared to the first set shown. Looks like the same skull used on the fantasy SS motto ring..
All I can say is that if I ordered that skull set during the 3rd Reich period I'd surely be disappointed..Comment
