Portrait: Unknown Stickpin

Hello dear collecting colleagues,

As some of you might know, I am an avid collector of high-end winter photographs.
As I was going through an album I recently picked up, I noticed there were some nice SS-Photographs in it. As a novice when it comes to badges and such - I only know the basics and not much more than that - I would like to know what stickpin this SS Schütze is wearing? The small, circular pin seems to be made out of a greyish metal (zink/ aluminium), and appears to show an embossed female head?

Curiosity killed the cat at it's best.

I realize that I posted a badge and not a stickpin. I just posted it to compare the style and look of the two. Did the condor legion badge come in a stickpin?

The first Pic is like looking at a Cloud. I am starting to see Hitler's Face in the upper right of the Badge!
