Hi experts,

my first thought was that this item must be a 100% fake - but I bought it.
And now I am pretty sure that's ok. Eagle is imo a nice original cupal made. The wood plate is colored oak. Of course nobody knows for sure when this plate was made, but at least the material fits the 3rd reich time period.

I would ask you to comment and share your opinions, as I want to trade/sell it at the E-stand.

Yep, and I don't like the shape of the tank (look at all the German awards that show a tank and you can tell which one they are trying to represent ... usually a Mk. IV) or the unit naming system either. Looks like a modern creation to me.

FYI, an M-60 is a Patton, not an Abrams and you won't see any near Graf these days except on static display as an antique.

In this case, it was a simple statement of fact, not an opinion. The eagle displays distinct characteristics ONLY found on known fakes.
