we used to waxup patterns for crowns and inlays in Dental School and cast them. It wasn't easy! These guys making these things, hey, I know we know they aren't original, but, man, those are nice castings!

Lower reverse of the "L" shows clear cast signs, also front lower H shows the same, lack of detail due to casting, I also agree, not bad for 20 bucks to put on a representative repro tunic, not easy cyphers to find for sure.
