Hello! Looking for some help with identification of these SS license plates. Any thoughts to which unit they were issued? I would appreciate any help!

I also believe they had relations to "Nord".
97001 - 99999 Befehlshaber der Waffen-SS in Norwegen

.. seem the list is 1940, so i voould love to see an later list..
