Hey guys, long story short...when I 1st started collecting SS I bought these tabs from a dealer. I now THINK they are bad, but I need proof.
Otherwise I'm not sure he'll take them back & refund. All of your help explaining why they are bad, hopefully will convince him to refund!
So please all the explanation help I can get would be appreciated!

ok I put in My two cents. Take it to a tanning booth and blast it with UV. if it glows and I mean the bullion thread core, it would raise doubts to me. The bullion doesnt look tight on the unterlagen on the sigrunen. and the clasps coming through from the pips are a type I have never seen. viele gluck!

i dont like the pips , they dont look period to me ,

The pips are period pips however I think these are fake tabs that originated from the same source as the Car Sieder sleeve eagles..sometimes found on tunics with them. They probably do not glow under UV but that means nothing.

Agree with John Pic. Also the backing material is suspect.

Guys, I did the blacklight test and the runes glowed & the cord around the tabs a little bit in spots.
Thoughts? Could really use help here!
