Yes and no, it's actually a Heer (Army) cut panzer wrap (note the pointed lapels) but these were commonly worn by the Waffen-SS units untill their own cut (round lapels) was introduced and widely available. Even then the W-SS wore what-ever they could get.

There were other differences as well like the centre seam on the back but that's not visible here of course.

I forgot to say that the tunic in post #5 appears to be a regular ss wrap
