It is pictured in the Addendum, 2nd Edition, Page 496. Not all of the examples displayed in Angolia's work are originals. Certainly an armband relating to the SS would not be mispelled.

I only have the first edition .
Not all of the examples displayed in Angolia's work are originals.You are so right but many of of those fakes have been sold as originals for many years.
