Allways hard to find an original eagle for your visor. We found one with the pin's broken of, the only pin left was allready (badly) replaced (when, I do not know).It was just good enough as a display item. We decided to keep the lower pin where it was and restore the other two. This is the result. Would this eagle be fit enough to be airborne once more?

No, it doesn't have anything to do with epoxy. The original remains of the pin's were partly drilled out, the hole filled up with silver where the new pin's are now bedded in.Comment
