Let's try get back to the topic,...
The pictures were removed from our forum, on pretendence that the owner demaned so. The person who posted them wrote that he payed the first payment for this ring and that in a month he will pay for the rest and get the ring in his collection. After seeing this post on WAF, he got angry.and demanded to remove the pictures from our forum.
seems little strange to me. The owner, seller, not Ziga66, demanded to remove the pictures from our forum,...but he has no problem with them being posted on WAF. Strange, I'm comfused

Ok so I'm still waiting for some comments from experts. Maybe someone knows the value of this ring if it is original?

As I said before, these goofy looking pictures were posted on the Militaria Collecting Forum and if I am not mistaken, they were posted by JR. Instead of posting detailed pics of the ring to show details (engraving and etc), the ring is displayed to mask them.
I feel confident this is the Frank ring that was discussed and maybe that is the reason they want it removed. Ron

I was trolling for information, but they got spooked. I questioned the Frank ring from the beginning, and I took lots of heat as a result. The ring has a very noticable casting flaw at the back, the oak leaves are over-scalloped, and are misformed, as I recall. The ring is RADIOACTIVE now. Good luck selling it!!!!!

P.S. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is the ring that Don Boyle refused to certify as authentic, but e-mails surfaced that showed the owner insisted that Don change his evaluation to bail him out. Then there was a subsequent campaign to discredit Don as a result of his refusal to change his assessment.
