    SS Fez Tassle?

Hey guys! Anyone out there know how the tassle wrap is done on a fez?? I purchased one and the wrap has come undone??? Or if anyone has pics that could show me all sides of a wrap would be great!!

Thank you in advance for any help given!!

The only advice I have is to leave the fez the way it is and avoid trying to fix it. Fezzes are quite delicate in general and specially the ones that have been mistreated or badly stored over the decades. Find it a definitive way to display it and leave it alone you might risk to detach the tassel from the body of the fez.
It seems that on yours the wrapping is ... completely missing?! ... or it just came undone?
Here is a picture of the tassel, wrapping and insertion.

Thanks for the pic! That last thread on the wrap, does it tuck up under the wrap?

      Thank you once again.

I might be wrong, but it looks like you could wrap it with the so-called 'hangman's' wrap. It will bind the tassle and if done properly will cause the cord to be seated under the wrap so it is not visible.
