SS Eage and 1st Pattern skull - good or bad

Could do with some help from you guy's passing judgment on these two items.

Am a little doubtful about the eagle - skull I think is ok.

I don't know anything about first-pattern skulls, but I can tell you that the eagle is not one I would want in my collection!
