great coat opinions please

A friend picked this coat up the other day and we are in need of opinions on it please. I have tried searching this forum and found one mention of a Allgemeine SS overcoat. I have looked them up in my reference books and it appears to be an early coat ? pre 1934?

armband is not attached to the coat

printed on the back looks like MUNICH and a "10" under that no rzm tag on it

buttons have a T&G and an N ? on them

I believe this is called a french cuff

Coat

The armband and collar tabs are fake. The coat lining and everything else going on inside the coat is very odd. Early or later it is odd.
