Flemish East Front Volunteers badge 1941-1945

Ok, I know it is post war, nevertheless a nice medal/badge I think.
It's a Flemish East Front volunteers badge 1941-1945.
Can anyone provide me with more info?
Who issued them and who would get one and are there any criteria, or could they just be bought by veterans?
Should there be a ribbon or something?

It was issued by the Flemish vet organisation, Sint Maartensfonds.
But if I remember quite right, it was sold as a support item (collectable) to everybody for some euro's.

      Nico is right.
Everybody could buy them from the Sint Maartensfonds.

        Thanks for the reply guys.

Was it issued between certain dates or for a longer timeframe?
        (Can they still be bought?)
Was there a ribbon or so attached, or was just the medal sold?

Post war and not worth much, but I still like it

I'm quite sure this is a key hanger and not a real medal.
They could be bought as long as I remember (being a member of this organisation for 15 years untill they stopped some years ago)

              They didn't come with ribbons.
