    Solstice Tonight!

    Hi Forum,

Tonight, in case you forgot is Winter Solstice, a major celebration for the SS. Just a reminder to light up your SS candle holders tonight with rememberence of what this night ment for them many years ago.

If you are interested, check out these recipes on how to prepare a Julefest Meal. That (some of it) is what is on the menu for tonight here. Remember...this day only comes once a year, so live it up!

I'm burning down the last of the yearcandle as we speak and will replace it at 18:47 CET. The exact time for the solstice in the northern hemisphere.

Some interesting recipes there. Thanks for the .pdf

Here is a littel julphoto from me. Not as nice of a breadplate as ETN's perhaps but the saffransbrot my wife made is excellent.

                          Great displays guys!

I just finished my authentic Julefest dinner, and it was excellent. All those recipes are very very good. If you want to do it, you can subsitute rice pudding for that porridge on the first page. I checked, and it is approved and accepted in the Julefest tradition relm. The meal is really cool, and I encourage you to do it. It's worth it!

                          Happy Solstice/Midwinter/Julefest tonight my friends!!!!

                            Erich,

Are the white candle holers tough to find?
