Collani,These are difficult from scans only.I have several sets ,some are copies and VG.I would suggest using a black light to see what the base material is.

If there copies there not like what I've seen.I would have to see them in hand to come to a better conclusion.

If they are original it's unfortunate the tongue's have been cut off.

And by the way, these need two pips each to be an SS-Standartenfuhrer. Right now they're SS-Sturmbannfuhrer.

                    Hello Steve,

thank you for your comment. I have made the black light test now and they are 100% UV negative (please look at the photo). And yes, the tongue's have been cut off (old done) because they where sewn in direct in the wrapper.

@ Bob: Yes for sure, it was my mistake, it was Sturmbannführer and not Standartenführer, sorry. But what is your oppinon about the boards?

                    Other comments are also welcome

                    Thanks in advance.

                    Regards,

I don't see anything wrong with them. The waffenfarben is nicely tucked into the ends --- wool waffenrock, nothing wrong with that. Also nothing wrong with the tongues cut off and sewn in. My friend has an Estonian officer tunic with SS-Hauptsturmfuhrer shoulder boards. They were slip on with the tongues cut off and then the ends sewn onto the top of the shoulder (not inserted into the sleeve seam). Right as rain.
