Fake insignia...and I have serious doubts about the cap as well.

The pre-war makersmark with cello is one usually found on civil service caps, if you search for Pekuro and also post this one on the headgear forum you'll find very knowledgable members on these Pekuro makermarks and dates.

That came to my mind as well (with black band) and would make sense when the Feuerschutz polizei switched (or rather were supposed to switch) to
green uniforms with carmine red fire piping.
But it would need to be a polizei green wool cap and these also usually had ventilation grommets on the side...This farbe looks more like artillery red...
