Try a spot of nail polish remover (aka TH4 thinners) on a cotton bud and apply it to the edge of the cloth NOT the leather ... otherwise I'd leave it alone.

The nail Polish remover MUST be acetone based if its Super Glue that we're dealing with...that will work best! (there are other non acetone formulas of Nail Polish remover).
Acetone works also on other glue types like contact cements...it will not dissolve the glue but soften it and weaken the bond...
Because its a solvent it could damage (stain) the cover so try it first in a inconspicuous area! Good luck!
