The chevron may be OK but the rest of the insignia is 100% fake.

At a quick glance even, I don't like the collar tabs, cuff title or eagle. The insignia looks recently attached (but even if it were all original that may not matter, depending on collecting tastes) and I'm not sold on the tunic either.

I have seen this before somewhere and it is junk. The CT looks like someone made it on a laser printer. Looks like an outline of an Army eagle as well. They sand papered the underside of the collar to hide the stitchlines of the Army tabs etc. The Hitler wine bottle should be the first clue clowns are afoot.

In all seriousness, the cloth pattern on the tunic does not coform in any way to patterns of the TR era. Sorry.

I see a lot of threads that mention the correct HBT weave versus repro weave. Is there a thread that pictures or describes (in terms of measurements) the difference?
