Panzer M40 cap for review

I have been looking at other examples and couldn't find this skull type and the soutache has too sharp of a point and seems to be applied wrong at the bottom. Before I discount this as fake I just wanted some more opinions. Thanks for your time.

I registered for photobucket, let's see if this works. I only have the three pics, that's why I concentrated on the insignia.

From what I can see on these pictures, the Clemens-Wagner stencil looks somewhat okay, but that other one is bogus. I've actually seen totally authentic caps with bogus stencils put in to add authenticity as a sales point, which totally ruins the artifact. The bogus stencil would cause me to be very wary of this... would need much better pictures. If you don't have them, if this is all you can go on, then I say the "gut feel" is best to rely on and walk away.

The skull's 100% bad and on second view the eagle joins it's mate in the skip.

I received two additional pictures, I think looking at the vent rivet pretty much relieves all doubt about the cap. Anyone disagree? Posted on photo bucket.
