i have been into german rifles for awhile...i just now am getting into these insignia's... i bought this german kriegsmarine badge, looks like the 1st model? but according to info from this sight may be a third made in france, because it is grey... the other 2 match sets of deathheads... one is pot metal and one set alunimum... do these look real... just wondering if i got rooked???? pais $200 for all of them.... will post pi'c of backs in a few minutes... really apprecaie any feedback as i am new to these.... thanks,...

Incorrect makers marks, (122 and m1/40)

the second the runes in a diamond, and on the tk the code m1/9 and the insignia themselves are poor cast fakes

I believe the e-boat badge is bad as well. It appears to be cast instead of die struck and the pin is incorrect for a French made version. If you can post a pic of the reverse that would tell me for sure but again, judging from the front, it's a reproduction. On another note, whomever this person is that you bought this stuff from either doesn't know what the hell he's doing or he's trying to pull a fast one on you.

thank you all very much...... i guess i should educate myself before buying .... i will be contacting him monday to see if he's good on his word.... i still would like to have some originals ... but...for now i will stick with what i know.... thanks again
