Stay away, it looks really bad.

It is (pretends to be) a Heer (army) Feldgendarme M36 tunic or a Waffen SS Polizei Div. tunic
and lacks army breast eagle if its Army! This WH Gendarme sleeve eagle would make it an Army tunic,
so its a TOTAL mis-match... as SS Polizei division tunic (with these collar litzen would have had a Waffen SS sleeve eagle!)


Honestly I do not like the stamps at all so it actually might even be a repro M36 tunic...
which might explain why there is no breast eagle (for Heer Gendarme). The litzen application is
also highly questionable... (sloppy) so I highly doubt that it has anything to do with the Polizei Division either...

PS:regarding your question concerning the rank, it can not be determined as the shoulderstraps are missing...
