sleeve eagle, opinions please

I want to post some photos and get opinions on this sleeve eagle, but I still cant work out how to do it! Either I'm very stupid, or something is wrong, or I'm not allowed to?. Can I email the pics to someone else to post for me?

A bit more detail in the answers would have been appreciated, as I know little about SS insignia, except tropical stuff.
