You have many zelts in your fine collection .
The thread is the first giveaway .
The fabric is also modern .
The lining is wrong .
All around not wartime construction .
Learn from the zelt construction and the clothing knowledge will follow .
When I was a young collector I bought a load of zelts , after time things fall into place .
By the time I bought a Pink smock from a dealer "Regamentals : it was different in both feel and construction that you would expect from German methods .
I hope you did not get burned on these .

Thanks so much for your comments and nope, thanks to the great knowledge and willingness of collectors on this form to lend their opinions, Im able to put my money where it should go.

Completely understand what you mean about learning from the zelts - this HBT stuff I know so little about - just havent had the opportunity to collect it or have many original examples pass through my hand. Touch and feel of the piece is a great way of determining the authenticity.

This pant example I was really sus about from the beginning so thanks to everyone for confirming that.
