    SS green wool trapezoid

Need your opinion on the authenticity of this patch. It came with an M-43 that I will be posting later in this thread. Thanks, Dave.

I believe this lacks the eye and nose socket detail of an original.

I have seen the repros and none are made on this type of wool or have the different colors of bobbin thread. They are poorly mass produced, this has similarities to several variations on this site. The black lines in the skull and bones.

If you look at the post by m.alex 08-19-2008 "M43 green ss trap" you will see a lot of similarities in construction.

So long as you like it that's all that matters .... untill you want to sell it of course.

There are other details apart from the flaw around the eyes and nose that I would not feel comfortable with.

Can't say for certain if it is good or not,but I do like it.

Any thoughts on the M43 that's posted, it came with the hat, sadly it was removed.

Same opinion as the SS trap.

Trapazoid (skull anyway) kind of reminded me of this one,a Vet bringback found in the 1970's.

                          ???
The trapezoids in your two posts are complete different!.

The eagle in the first trapez, remembers me to a common single fakeeagle.

Yes, but the skull reminded me of the first one posted.

I must admit, there is some resemblance there.
