    Hello,

can you say if this is true or fake?
    Thank you!

    Cuff Title

Your cuff title is a reproduction. My opinion is based n the lack of detailed application of the serifs especially on the letter “h" of your example. Here are 3 threads obtained from the search function by keying in Der Fuhrer Cuff Title. Also, the weave pattern of the band is typical of that found on reproductions.

              Deutschland Cuff Title

              Hello Scott,
I'm afraid your example is a reproduction too for the same reasons. Does it have a "green" discoloration on the back of the embroidery?

Here is a thread from a past discusion on an EM Deutschland cuff in fraktur like yours:

Charles, dont know if this makes a difference, but here is the reverse, it does not have the greenish bobbin thread Let me know if that changes anything good or bad. thanks
Also, on a scale of one to ten, and I don't mean to be offensive, is it a drop dead for sure 10 bad, or 5 or not even a close call? I"d just like to know to see if I can return it.
The front and back just do not look crisp like the ones opined to be original. I was always worried about this piece.

Green on embroidery on reverse of cuff title

A green discoloration on the reverse of the embroidery is a sure give away for a reproduction. Though this discoloration need not be present to indicate a reproduction. It shows up on Germania and Der Fuhrer cuffs as well. Use the search function and key in "Deutschland cuff title". There are many threads with numerous images addressing originals and reproductions of this cuff title. Yours is a reproduction.
