The crown piping looks much thicker than usual. Unless this trait is common to particular caps, I'd be suspicious.

That crown piping got my attention too --- much too thick in my opinion. I would be inspecting this piece very hard. No pictures under the hood to go by either. With just the pictures provided, my gut feel is to walk away.
