      If genuine, it is pre-RZM which makes it very difficult to tell -- even with a hands-on inspection.

      I would just avoid this one unless it is dirt cheap.

        I have it in hand and don't see any evidence (noticable) of there ever being an rzm tag on it.

              Certainly this is plausible based on the rather sorry state of the thing.

              It is difficult, in any field, to create the appearance of neglect.

              And why would anyone want to attempt this mothy approach to fraud for such a thing?

                    I would guess the value of this, without markings, to be in the $350 range if whole.

                    But in this state, I would not want to own it at any price, no insult intended.
